This is Sarah, my best childhood friend. She came and spent the morning with us yesterday - she was lots of help and it was good visiting with her again. She is getting married in less than 5 weeks so she is Emily's new "princess."

We had a great weekend. Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Corrie came in town for an adventure race that Mark and Jonathan participated in. They won 3rd place!! We are very impressed and proud of them. Daddy sure was tired when he got home!! I'll put pics up of the race when I get them. Mark is back in Salt Lake City again this week but we will be staying very busy with visitors and playing hard as usual. We miss him already!!

It's just us girls again this week as Mark is in Salt Lake City for work. We had a busy day today and everyone did great! One of our stops was to see Aunt Karen (the "Princess") try on her wedding dress - Emily had a blast. She even tried on a veil AND modeled it for us - Mark and I are in trouble!!!! Nana has the pictures on her camera so I'll download when I get them.

Allison got to meet her great-grandmother (Mimi) this past weekend. We had a good time visiting with her and hope to see her again soon.

I hope everyone has had a wonderful day!! All the Kiel girls are back together again!! I had a great "vacation" to Atlanta visiting Mark. We spent time with many good friends and I got lots of rest - even had room service one morning!!! Allison traveled well and Emily and Bella had a blast at Nana's. Happy Valentine's!!!

This weekend we went to Ava's birthday party at the zoo. It was Allison's first visit - she did great! Emily had a blast with all of her friends and really enjoyed the "choo-choo" ride. We stayed a little longer to stroll around looking at all the animals. It was good family time and we got to visit with our friends as well. Allison and I are going to Atlanta tomorrow to spend some time with daddy - he's there again this week for work. Emily and Bella get to stay with Nana and Papa for a few days and everyone is very excited, especially Nana! Have a great week!!

Big girls!

We had a photo shoot this morning with The Blink Lady - both girls did great!! It was originally a newborn session, but she included Emily and I in some. I think the pics with Emily will be just amazing - she looked like an angel and was so well-behaved! I was so proud of her!! She got treated to chick-fil-a for lunch. I'm posting some pics of her feeding herself; she does a good job but it is SO messy. Got to learn somehow!! Daddy comes home tomorrow and we are very excited. We did get to webcam with him tonight before bedtime - Emily enjoyed it the most I think ;-). Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

We survived!!

The girls and I survived our first night alone!! Mark is out of town this week for work - the first time he's been gone since Allison was born. Emily will spend the night out with Nana and Papa tonight. She's very excited, as is mommy!! I'll try and post some recent pics of all 3 girls soon. School days!!

Emily enjoys carrying around her bookbag and lunch bag - she is such a big girl!! Daddy took her to school this morning so I could catch up on some much needed sleep!! She is still doing great and loves being the big sister - so helpful!!

Allison's 2 week checkup....

Allison had her 2 week checkup yesterday. She is doing great - she weighed 6 lbs 3 oz. We'll go back next week for another weight check and hopefully she'll be back up to her birth weight by then.
