Allison starts school!
I was admitted to the hospital the day we got home from our trip for preterm labor. I was there for 5 days and then discharged with a pump in my leg to give me continuous meds to slow contractions. I am on modified bedrest so we had to get extra help for the girls. My little girl started Mother's Day Out on Friday and has the same schedule as Emily. We are very lucky that she is in the same class Emily was last year, with the same teachers. That made me feel better about her starting. She is doing great and we're just trying to reschedule her naptimes around that. Here are some pics of her first day - she loves her backpack and Hello Kitty (thanks Em) lunch bag.

Second Honeymoon
Mark and I had a wonderful week in Phoenix, AZ. The weather was beautiful and we relaxed the whole time. We enjoyed many hours at the pools, a couples massage, a Phoenix Suns basketball game, three rounds of golf for Mark, and lots of great food. It was a very much needed adult trip and the girls had a blast with both sets of grandparents. We definitely want to go back for another winter getaway. The resort was awesome and we highly recommend it. Other than trying to give birth to baby brother on the flight home (more on that later), it was just perfect; even better than our first honeymoon in Aruba!

My girls....
I am going to miss these two little girls! Mark and I are leaving in the morning for a much needed week-long trip, just the two of us. The girls are staying half the week with my parents and the other half with Mark's parents. We are so grateful that they both live in town and will take such good care of our babies!! We will have some pictures to post afterwards, so stay tuned.....have a great week!! We love you Miss Em and Allie B!!!!!

Mercedes 1/2 Marathon! Go Daddy!!!
Mark ran (and finished!!) the Mercedes 1/2 marathon this weekend. We were all so proud of him. Also, his brother Jonathan and brother-in-law Howard ran and finished as well. They all did just awesome!! The whole family was there to cheer them on at the finish line and enjoy the big party afterwards. Way to go guys!!
This is Mark about to cross the finish line with his sister Lorrie cheering on the right!
